Agreement to Terms

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide safe access to the property and to secure pets, alarms, and valuable items. If access is not available at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Payments

Weather and Rescheduling

Damage and Liability

We are fully insured. Please notify us within 48 hours of service if you believe there is damage related to our work so we can review and resolve the issue.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
